Volvo Ocean Race's Cape Town Stopover!
The wonderfully impressive Volvo Ocean Race stopped over in Cape Town from 24 November to 11 December  and I visited the V&A Waterfront whilst a couple of the boats were having maintenance done before the next leg. What beauty. I took these pics.

Motorists, Look Where You Drive!
Whilst at the West Coast Conservation offices on the weekend, I was saddened by the news that yet another glorious snake had succumbed to a car whilst trying to cross the road near Saldanah.
